Last night we had an investigation at the Peery Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. We only investigated in the basement office area and storage tunnels although a small group went into one of the rooms on the hotel level but didn't find anything. During set up we encountered a small girl and her older brother who were quite advanced as far as showing themselves and communication. A few other colorful characters also like to hang out in the tunnels as well on the other side of the building. I think one of the best personal experiences came as we were breaking down the equipment. One of our team members was wrapping up cables and the only one in the tunnel at the time as he pulled a section towards him to wrap up it got yanked down the tunnel again. A few of us investigated to see if there was a practical reason for this to happen and could not find a reason for it other than a playful spirit who didn't want us to go. (side note we were told quite a few times as we ended our EVP sessions not to leave)
